24 hour video surveillance is now underway at the pool for the protection of our members and their guests in addition
to being a deterrent to vandalism and unauthorized entry into the pool area.
Unauthorized Entry of the Pool Area
Although new security measures are in place, there has still been unauthorized entry into the pool area. Non-members have been caught on surveillance
video climbing the fence and opening the gate for others. Signs are posted around the pool stating that no trespassing is allowed.
If you see anyone that has entered the pool without authorization, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you see them in the act of damaging property or climbing the fence, please notify the police.
Remember that our members are the ones paying for upkeep and maintenance of the pool. Those who trespass tend
to add to our costs by destroying property (ie. lock damage, breaking chairs, damaging restrooms, etc.)
If your pool key has been lost, stolen, or damaged,
or if you need a new key.
If you intend to have more than 10 guests at the pool, please contact the Board of Directors for permission and scheduling.
Hours for the pool located at 8840 Canis Lane are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The annual meeting of our Homeowners' Association will be this Saturday, Sept. 17 at 10:00 am in the pool area. The major business will be the election of officers for the coming year. All members are invited to attend. See additional information at our website MVHOA1.org under the Calendar link for upcoming events.
Maintenance and operation of the common pool and park area on Canis Lane are the major functions of our group. If you would like to help to maintain the value of these great assets and ensure the recreation they offer will continue long into the future, we welcome your participation and involvement.

transfer of membership with the buyer.
